The year 2003 marks an important milestone in information technology of Vietnam when Vietnam Television channels and video clips are brought to Internet with lastest media streaming codec – MPEG4 H.264. This technology allows Internet users to watch VTV3, VTV4 channels online with higher quality at http://vtc.com.vn
