Smart Form contributes to lowering the average transaction time to 5-7 minutes per transaction, assists ABBank attract more than 368,000 new customers, cutting down operating expenses by 300 billion VND annually, and increasing the revenue by more than 10 billion VND in service fees.
We use Smart Form of Hyperlogy as an unified platform for all online systems as well as teller’s ones at all branches. Then all customer data is centralized into a single database. This unified data system helps us to access and understand every aspect of our customers, bringing high efficiency.
In 2018, Military Bank had 2.6 million active accounts, 1 million more than the previous year. Revenue from MB’s branches increased 40% as digitization helps to make business decisions quickly. In 2018, MB’s processing speed and credit offering to individual customers decreased by 40%, decreased by 24% for SMEs compared to 2017.
By adopting iHCM cloud in our organization, we reduce data processing time up to 80% and improve productivity by 30% in three consecutive quarters. iHCM is an effective performance management software for IEIT.
