iHCM “Flying to the success” with Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South)

On October 15, 2018, Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South) and Hyperlogy Corporation officially signed the contract and carried out the implementation of the iHCM enterprise performance management software system. Expected to be completed in 2 months. During this time, iHCM will conduct surveys, install, consult, provide training and instructions for VNH South’s employees.

Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company is a branch of Vietnam Helicopter Corporation (VNH), was established in 1983.

Besides Offshore Operations, VNH South also provides main services:
– Tourism;
– Passenger & cargo transport;
– Search and rescue – SAR;
– Helicopter & manpower lease;
– Aerial photographing, filming & parachuting;
– Pilot and technician training;
– Aviation technical support.

Southern Vietnam Helicopter company (VNH South) has been in offshore flying operation for over 30 years with more than 270,000 safe flight hours.
Qualified, experienced pilots with more than 40 pilots accumulated over 5,000 flight hours, especially more than 20 pilots achieved over 10,000 flight hours.

VNH South promotes technology in corporate governance

In parallel with the good implementation of production and business activities, VNH South enhances IT in improving employee productivity, namely “Applying software to task management and personnel assessment through KPI”.

With the number of employees up to 500 people, it is not easy to plan, assign and follow up with each individual’s work progress.

There are no statistical charts, no centralized work exchange tools, no task reminder feature… At the end of the period, the evaluation through many Excel sheets is even more difficult when data cannot be gathered, difficult it is important to arrange the goals / tasks that are important, leading to inaccurate assessment of employees, and it is difficult to determine whose performance is good and who is not.

Researching details and through the trial application process, VNH South decided to choose an on-premise version of iHCM – enterprise performance management software system, technology solutions built and developed by Hyperlogy with outstanding features.

From work planning, assigning, monitoring, feedback in real-time, reminding the deadline to complete each task, to the feature of evaluating employee performance via KPI, iHCM software fully meets the requirements of the leaders of VNH South.

Up to now, the deployment and training for all VNH South employees has been done halfway through Hyperlogy. After completing this phase, the iHCM’s consulting and implementation team will continue to support the monitoring of software usage for VNH South, ensuring successful implementation.
